jointly forming an automated welding workstation.

The positioner is an CNGBS single axis H-type positioner, with a load of 800 kilograms, placed on both sides of the robot to form a welding 

dual station.

The robot positioner changes the product orientation through rotary motion, enabling the robot to achieve ideal processing positions and 

working speeds. The dual workstation saves customers time in clamping workpieces.

In order to support the efficient work of welding robots, it is necessary to equip a welding robot cleaning station to clean and maintain the 

welding gun.

CNGBS robot cleaning station can ensure that the welding workstation does not block wires during operation; There is no need for manual 

operation during gun cleaning, and the gun cleaning process is automatically completed.
