Application Scenario

As an industrial "tailor", welding is a very important processing method in industrial production 

and a key link in intelligent manufacturing technology.

in the welding process, and the welding environment is very harsh. Low production capacity, difficult

In the scheme, OTC welding robot, Dr. Gong robot positioner and gun cleaning station are used 

as the main supporting equipment to form an automatic welding workstation.

The positioner is a Dr. Gong single-axis H-type positioner with a load of 800 kg. It is placed on 

both sides of the robot to form a welding double station.

The robot positioner changes the orientation of the product through rotary motion, so that the 

robot can obtain the ideal processing position and working speed, and the double station saves 

the customer's time for clamping the workpiece.

In order to support the efficient work of the welding robot, it must be equipped with a welding 

robot cleaning station to clean and maintain the welding torch.

The robotic torch clearing station of CNGBS can ensure that the welding torch does not block 

the wire during the operation of the welding workstation; there is no need for manual operation 

when cleaning the torch, and the torch cleaning process is automatically completed.

The application of welding workstations not only improves production efficiency and ensures welding 

quality, but also keeps operators away from the harsh working environment of traditional welding.
