    CNGBS provided a robot workstation for Xiji Xunda Elevator Co., Ltd.'s Xuchang factory, including loading and unloading, spraying, and rib plate riveting. Multiple IRB 6700, IRB2600, and IRB1600 robots were used, covering all aspects of the factory. At the same time, they were paired with Dr. Gong's independent brand intelligent equipment such as robot tracks, fixtures, pipe packages, and protective clothing, greatly improving production efficiency and quality.

    In the early planning stage of the project, after continuous polishing and testing, CNGBS and Xiji Xunda innovatively used CNGBS's robot modular chemical station production line layout plan: to split the traditional long-term production structure of the car factory and deploy specialized workstation modular units. By utilizing this cutting-edge factory layout concept, Xiji Xunda Elevator Factory can replace or adjust individual workstations at any time to avoid production interruptions. At the same time, through robot automation operations, higher flexibility and productivity empowerment of the production process can be achieved.
